The Pitti produces extra virgin olive oil and various seasonal vegetables, fully respecting nature and without the use of fertilisers or chemical pesticides.

It is also privileged to host the world’s happiest bees, who return the favour by providing a small amount of exceptionally high-quality honey.

Our country house is provided with a photovoltaic and a solar power system, generating 17.000 kW per year.

That will allow us to save 2 tons of oil, and will avoid to introduce in nature 0,25 tons of CO2.
